Returns Policy

We aim to please, and so every effort is put into making sure your package gets to you in one piece.

However, if you do find that your purchase is faulty or you change your mind you have the following options.

Refunds

If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order then we will happily provide you with a refund or exchange to the equivalent value.

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of items which have their security seal in tact and have not been used or removed from their packaging.

If you wish to return your order, please fill in this form in this form and let us know which product you wish to return and we will assist you.

Faulty Products

If your product is faulty upon delivery to you, we will happily provide an exchange for the same product if you contact us within 30 days of purchase. If you qualify for an exchange and your return is accepted, please make sure you still have all the product parts, accessories, and packaging that came with the product to ship back to us.

If your product stops functioning after 30 days by no fault of your own and your product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty then you may be eligible for a replacement or repair by the manufacturer. In this instance, you can get in touch with the manufacturer directly.  We list warranty info on the product pages, and of course you are welcome to get in touch with our team if you have any questions.
