We aim to please, and so every effort is put into making sure your package gets to you in one piece.
However, if you do find that your purchase is faulty or you change your mind you have the following options.
If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order then we will happily provide you with a refund.
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of items which have their security seal in tact and have not been used or removed from their packaging.
If you wish to return your order, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to issue a return label for you.
We understand how disappointing it would be for your new toy to be faulty when you receive it. If your item is not working correctly upon delivery, please get in touch and we will of course provide an exchange for the same product. Please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase to arrange a return and replacement. Please ensure that you have all the product parts, accessories and packaging that came with the product.
If your product stops functioning after 30 days through no fault of your own and your product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty then you may be eligible for a replacement or repair by the manufacturer. In this instance, you can get in touch with the manufacturer directly. We list warranty info on the product pages, and of course you are welcome to get in touch with our team if you have any questions.
