If you would like advice about what products to buy for you (or a friend) please feel free to drop us an email at info@selfandmore.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Satisfyer offer a 15 year warranty on all of their toys as standard and this is available by contacting them directly. You will need your confirmation email as proof of purchase.
When you contact them, please tell them that you have checked with Self & More and we instructed you to contact them to claim (this saves you having to post the faulty toy in to us, for us to send on to them and should lead to you getting your replacement quicker).
Ensure your toy is fully charged - many toys are shipped without their batteries charged. Some battery-operated toys have a little paper slip in the battery compartment - you have to remove this before your toy will work. A lot of vibrating toys have travel locks, make sure you read the instructions to your toy to find out how to properly unlock it.
If you are still experiencing problems then drop us an email at info@selfandmore.com
Sometimes your order will be sent to you in more than one package in order to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible, we will always let you know by email if this is the case.
Please email info@selfandmore.com if this is not the case and we will look into it.
If your toy has a flared base (flared enough that it will prevent the toy from being sucked inside your bottom) then it should be anal-safe. Always check the packaging, the product page on our site and if in doubt, you can drop us an email to make sure. Check out our guide to safe anal play here.
We’ve all been there! We stock Satisfyer chargers, but no other brands. We recommend contacting the manufacturer directly to see if they will send you a replacement.
If your toy does not have a motor and is made from silicone or a hard material it will almost certainly be waterproof. If your toy is battery-powered, it might be waterproof but this varies toy to toy, if it is mains-controlled it will not be waterproof, and submerging it could lead to the toy breaking and possibly injury. Always check the instructions and if in doubt, email us. If a toy is splash-proof you can run it under water to clean it but avoid submerging it completely.
